Scenario | Heart Attack

1. Lay the patient on the floor or any seating that’s available and loosen restrictive garments.
2. Place the heel of one hand in the centre of the chest, with the other hand on top. Interlock your fingers. Push hard and fast, at a rate of 120–100 compressions per minute.
3. Don’t leave the patient alone. Wait with them until help arrives.
